What are the practical lesson sessions?

Is my BBDC account balance safe?
Yes. The only way to withdraw money from a BBDC account is to present your IC in person to BBDC staff and close the account. The bot can book lessons — it cannot move your money anywhere.
Can I log in to BBDC myself while the bot is running?
Please don't. Two sessions at once can cause booking failures and a temporary suspension. Stop the slot monitor in the portal, wait about 10 minutes, then log in. Start it again once you've logged out.
Will my account get suspended?
It's unlikely if you follow the rule above. If it does happen, access comes back after 48 hours, and you can still view your upcoming theory, practical and test bookings in the portal meanwhile.
How far ahead does the bot search?
The current month and the next one. In February, for example, it watches February and March slots regardless of later dates you've picked. Most slots are secured a day before or on the day itself, so add your dates early.
How much does it cost?
You pay per successful booking, using credits topped up through PayNow in the portal. One credit books one slot. Unspent credits are refunded when you close your bot account (the payment gateway charges 1.5%). Keep at least $86.11 in your BBDC account, or bookings will fail.
What if I need to cancel a lesson the bot booked?
BBDC's own policy applies:
- 48+ hours before class — full immediate refund.
- 2 – 48 hours before class — try-sell; refunded only if another learner takes your slot.
- Under 2 hours — cancellation isn't allowed.
The booking fee still applies, since the slot was successfully booked.
Why haven't I got a slot yet?
- Add the dates and sessions you want as early as possible.
- BBDC blocks new bookings for 7 days if you have 20 or more booked-but-not-taken classes.
- Having 3 bookings in the next 7 days also restricts further booking.
- Your balance must be above $86.11.
